Yes. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, so clients do not need to be in a specific city or region to receive care. As long as you are located in Alabama at the time of your session and telehealth is clinically appropriate for your situation, you are eligible to be seen by our practice.
For most people and most concerns, yes. Research consistently supports telehealth as effective for anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. The work that happens in a session -- the honesty, the insight, the shift in how you see something -- does not require you to be in the same room. What matters most is that you have privacy, a reliable connection, and a willingness to show up. If telehealth is not clinically appropriate for your situation, we will tell you before services begin.
